1. Vegetables

You can put a unique spin on your favorite vegetables by preparing them in an outdoor oven. Go to your local farmer’s market and pick up peppers, onions, mushrooms, and carrots. Put these veggies in a dish with a drip pan. Then, coat the veggies in olive oil and sea salt. Once you’ve done that, you can place the vegetables in the center of your outdoor oven and cook them until they are crisp, flavorful, and hot.

2. Salmon on Cedarwood

Salmon is one of the healthiest and most delicious fish. Get slabs of cedarwood and place the salmon on top. Season the fish with orange, sea salt, and black pepper. Then, put the slabs in your outdoor oven. After cooking in the center of the oven for four to five minutes, let the fish settle at the mouth of the oven for four or five more minutes.

3. Steak

The best way to make a steak is in an outdoor oven. Take slabs of steak and place them directly over your oven’s flame. Then, drizzle some oil on both sides of the steak and flavor with salt and pepper. For some extra smokey flavor, add some hickory nuts to your outdoor oven.

4. Potatoes

Baked potatoes are a tasty comfort food. Preparing them in an outdoor oven can add extra flavor. Consider cooking potatoes by building a fire in your stove with seasoned wood, letting the fire burn until there are more hot coals than flames, and then adding the potatoes to the oven for 45 minutes.

5. Bread

Fresh bread can transform your sandwiches. You can make fresh bread in your outdoor oven from your favorite dough recipe.
